      01How confidential is this process, really?
      Strictly confidential. Your school name, financials, and identifying details are never published on our website, social channels, or marketing materials. Introductions happen one-to-one, after the receiving party has executed a non-disclosure agreement and you have approved the match.
      02Can schools run as trusts or societies actually be "sold"?
      Not always in the conventional commercial sense. Many Indian schools are run by trusts, societies, or Section 8 companies, where ownership transfer is legally restricted. In those cases the transaction usually takes the form of a management transfer, board reconstitution, or property-lease restructuring. We will help you think through the right structure — and always recommend engaging independent legal counsel.
      03What does Ignify charge?
      A separate written engagement letter sets out any success fee, consulting fee, or service charge before we make any introduction. We do not take undisclosed commissions, and we never bundle vendor recommendations into advisory engagements. Fee structure varies by transaction type and size.
